All payments made for services are considered final unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
Customized services (such as IT solutions, MEP projects, or facility operations) are non-refundable once initiated, due to resource allocation and project planning.
Clients may request cancellation of a service before the project/service initiation.
Any cancellation made after project commencement may be subject to a deduction of administrative or operational costs incurred by ES Support.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where ES Support is unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Partial refunds may be considered for services not delivered, depending on the stage of project execution.
No refunds will be issued for delays or issues caused by client-side factors such as incomplete information, non-cooperation, or delayed approvals.
In case of disputes regarding refunds, clients are encouraged to contact ES Support’s customer support team.
All disputes shall be handled in accordance with the terms of the service agreement and governed by the laws of India.
